Types of creams
  
        There are several types of creams, depending on their applications. Three types of creams are distinguished - hydrating, nourishing, and protective. Among them there are day and night creams. Day cream contains about 75 percent moisture and about 25 percent fat. Night creams moisturizes the skin. They facilitate the rapid recovery of the skin. Creams hydrate and soften skin and retain its elasticity, protect against dryness and flaking. Hydrating cream promotes skin elasticity, creates a protective layer on it, and raises the level of moisture in the skin. Hydrating cream is recommended to use daily, morning, barely rising from bed and in the evening after washing before going to bed.
Nourishing creams nourish the skin. Power is supplied through a variety of creams. Nourishing cream is nourishing the skin during the night. Its influence on the skin is based on the action of a mixture of high-quality fats. Fats and oils, which are part of cosmetic preparations are well absorbed through the skin, protect it from drying out. Nourishing creams can be applied in the morning in the cold autumn and winter.

       I always underrated of protective cream and rarely used them. But it turns out, the lack of protective equipment leads to the development of dry skin, it quickly becomes flabby and sluggish. As protective creams you can use a day cream - without the fat, bold, and special protection. They are called so because they are applied mainly in the morning and not taken off during the day. In contrast to the fatty nourishing creams, daily ones do not penetrate deeply, but only soften the surface layers of the skin, protect it from moisture loss, from dust and dirt. One should use protective cream mainly in dry, windy, hot or cold weather, before leaving home.

        There are many companies that produce creams: Nivea, L’Oreal, Dove and many others nowadays. And it happens often that the cream is not suitable for your skin. What is the reason? We have different types of skin.
