Types of skin

There are three main types of skin: dry, normal and oily.
Normal skin is clean, smooth, supple enough and has no wrinkles and other cosmetic defects. The pores are hardly noticeable, the blood vessels are not enlarged, and the color is uniform. Normal skin is characterized by a moderate amount of fat that allows tolerating external stimuli - harsh weather, the water of different temperature, washing with soap and water. This type of skin occurs infrequently and is characterized mainly for young people. After 35-40 years firmness and freshness of the skin are kept only by very healthy people who eat well and lead a healthy lifestyle and take care of the skin with creams. Otherwise the skin gradually becomes dry, dehydrated; in the absence of proper care flaky spots and cracks can appear on the skin. Due to lack of sebum, there are wrinkles. This type of skin delivers a lot of trouble, primarily because of the extreme vulnerability. It is easily irritated, sensitive to temperature fluctuations, harsh climate, soap and hard water. In addition, dry skin most prone to premature aging: no special cosmetic measure quickly loses its elasticity and firmness. Oily skin is characterized by the overwhelming majority of people, and, alas, gives much more trouble than normal and dry. Oily skin is thick, rough, and shiny, with prominent dilated pores, giving out an abundance of sebum. After washing, it is very quickly covered with fat grease. Young and mature women has a very common combination skin type. It combines features of both oily and dry skin. This type requires a specific approach.

But in order to care for the skin, it is not necessarily to buy expensive creams. The cream can be done at home, as our grandmothers did.
